Design Review Committee (DRC)

DRC ensures that new development and rehabilitation taking place in the central business district is executed with appropriate urban design, site planning and architectural principles & techniques.

Projects will be evaluated by a professional staff Design Review Committee (DRC), allowing for creativity and flexibility while also ensuring compatibility with these key principles.

Technical Review Committee (TRC)

TRC (Technical Review Committee) is a group of City employees from various departments that review plans for all types of development. Any person is welcome to fill out this application to attend. The more information you can provide, the better prepared we will be to answer your questions.

Keep in mind that this meeting is not mandatory for development, it is a free service that is intended to answer basic questions and provide feedback from City staff.
